Green Day has returned with “Saviors,” which marks the group’s 14th album. It comes 30 years after their major label debut, “Dookie,” and 20 years after their milestone record “American Idiot.” “Saviors” brings the group back to form, leaning on the politically charged side of “American Idiot.”
