Bassists Absurdcus and Bass Battle, aka Laszlo Demeter and Bogdan Diaconeasa, regularly put out fantastic bass videos, and now they’ve teamed up for the sublime “k?an”. The ambient tune gives a floating feeling as they utilize bass chords and the higher register to tug at your heartstrings.

Bass Battle has taken his looping sessions to a whole new level. The bassist, aka Bogdan Diaconeasa, sent us his latest looping session, which features his already stellar playing fleshed out with ambient effects and a backbeat. The jam creates a mesmerizing sonic atmosphere and a hook that will stick in your head.

Bassist Bogdan Diaconeasa, who posts under the name “Bass Battle”, shared his video performance with us. Bogdan recorded this bass looping tune on his iPhone 4 (audio) and Sony camera (video), performing on his Yamaha TRB5P bass and BOSS RC 50 Loop station.
