The fourth edition of the Dutch Double Bass Festival has been announced, and this year will feature some of the world’s best bassists on both double bass and electric bass.
Steve Vai has released his 10th solo album, entitled “Inviolate”. The album was created with his latest instrument, The Hydra. Vai is joined by his longtime bassists Philip Bynoe and Bryan Beller as well as Dirty Loops low ender Henrik Linder.
Cory Wong and Dirty Loops have followed up their video for “Follow the Light” with the next one from their collaborative record, “Turbo”, which drops tomorrow. In this one, they perform their arrangement of Michael Jackson’s hit tune, “Thriller”.
