Twelve years after joining the band, bassist Sean Martinez has announced his departure from Decrepit Birth. The bassist added that he hopes to see a new bassist step in to "carry on the legacy."

Next year marks the 25th anniversary of Disturbed’s smash hit debut album, “The Sickness.” To celebrate, the band has announced a 34-date tour in which they will play two sets each night.

Canadian rock trio Metz has announced that they will go on an indefinite hiatus following their upcoming European fall tour. The Toronto-based group was formed in 2007 and released six LPs since 2012.

Joni Mitchell’s archival releases have continued with Archives – Vol. 4: The Asylum Years (1976-1980), which sheds light on the singer-songwriter’s jazzier phase of the last ’70s. The lineup includes bassists Jaco Pastorius, Charles Mingus, Rob Stoner, Max Bennett, Stanley Clarke, and Eddie Gomez.

The Smile has returned with their third studio album, entitled “Cutouts.” The band – comprised of Radiohead members Thom Yorke and Jonny Greenwood with drummer Tom Skinner – recorded all the music during the sessions for their previous album, though the new record has a much different feel.

YYNOT is about to hit the road for a fall tour, but they’ve also announced the third annual Bubba Bash for 2025. The fundraiser celebrates late Rush drummer Neil Peart, with proceeds going to benefit Cedars-Sinai Hospital in his name.

Moody Blues legend John Lodge has announced a new set of tour dates for his “Days of Future Passed” tour, in which he will play the band’s 1967 album of the same name in its entirety. The bassist, singer, and songwriter made sure to incorporate his former bandmates in the shows, even the late Graeme Edge.

Umphrey’s McGee will take flight next year with the newly announced Cruising Altitude 2025 Tour. The band, anchored by Ryan Stasik, will kick things off on January 16th.
