Jazz legend Herbie Hancock has announced a tour of the United States and Europe this summer, and it’s going to be incredible. He’s put together a killer lineup for his band with Vinnie Colaiuta on drums, Lionel Loueke on guitar, Terrace Martin on drums, and James Genus on bass. The bassist has been a mainstay in the jazz community for nearly three decades and is the current bassist for Saturday Night Live.

The trek will kick off on June 26th in Ukraine and snake across Europe with several festival dates before heading to the United States in August. The American leg will start at the Count Basie Theater in Red Bank, New Jersey and head west to end up at the Monterey Jazz Festival on September 15th.
