Harley Benton Introduces Affordable HB-50 Semi-Hollow Bass

Harley Benton HB-50 Basses

Harley Benton has introduced the HB-50, a bass they describe as a “semi-acoustic body meets an archtop.” Inspired by designs of the 60s, the instrument comes in Cherry Red and Vintage Orange finishes.

“The body and set-in neck of the HB-50 is made of Canadian maple while the Amaranth fretboard is loaded with 22 nickel silver frets,” the company shares. “The gorgeous cream binding on the body and neck exudes plenty of vintage flair. Two vintage humbuckers deliver a warm, round tone, adjusted with two volume and tone controls and a three-way switch.”

The Harley Benton HB-50 is available through Thomann for $222.
