Federico Malaman with Mist Cover

Federico Malaman is back with a new solo album called Mist, featuring nine original compositions written by the Italian bass phenom. He is joined by his longtime trio members Max Furian and Leo Dalla Cort, with guest appearances by Frank Gambale, Anatole Muster, Paolo Fresu, and Marco Scipione.

Mist features all the playing that Malaman is known for: breathtaking melodicism, blazing runs, and unshakeable grooves. The compositions and tonal textures create an infectious blend of jazz, funk, and fusion.
