Ben Jud Tackles Rush’s “YYZ” with the Martin Miller Session Band

The Martin Miller Session Band has built a serious following with its live studio covers and medleys, often putting some of the world’s best players together for ambitious takes on classic tunes.

For their latest video, the band took on one of the tougher ones: Rush’s “YYZ.” The group captured this in one shot while rehearsing for upcoming shows.

Ben Jud handles the bass duties on a five string Marleaux, joined by Martin Miller on guitar, Marius Leicht on keyboards, and Felix Lehrmann on drums.

“YYZ” is not an easy song to cover, especially with nowhere to hide in an instrumental like this. These guys absolutely nailed it.
