Korg Introduces Pitchclip Tuner

Korg Pitchclip TunerKorg has a new tuner on the market, dubbed the Pitchclip. As the name suggests, the device works by clipping it to the headstock. The Pitchclip uses a built in piezo sensor to detect vibrations and determine the pitch in the meter. Korg says the accuracy of the device is +/-1 cent.

The device includes an LED display and is adjustable through 120 degrees, and offers a reverse mode for viewing from virtually any playing position.

The unit is powered by a lithium coin battery, which Korg says will provide up to 17 hours of operation. An auto-off feature will turn off the unit when no sound is detected for ten minutes.
