TC Electronic Announces the Polytune Mini

TC Electronic Polytune Mini TunerTC Electronic has announced their newest polyphonic tuner, the Polytune Mini. The device is a more compact version of their original Polytune.

The Mini is a polyphonic tuner, but for tuning bass, the device only works in chromatic mode. The company says that the polyphonic setting is for guitar only, and that it is a technical trade-off for the size.

Even at a third of the size of its predecessor, the new pedal retains all the same features of the original including True Bypass, plus or minus 0.5 Cent Tuning Accuracy, up to 5 semitones flat tunings, and supporting drop D tuning.

The TC Electronic Polytune Mini will be available in March with a price point of $89. For more info, visit the TC Electronic website.
