D’Addario Announces XT Series Strings
D’Addario has introduced a new line of strings for nearly every instrument type called the XT Series. The string design incorporates a high carbon steel core with alloy wraps and an expanded lifespan treatment coating.
The bass sets have a nickel-plating and come in medium and light gauges as well as a hybrid set that has a light top and medium bottom. A five-string set is available in a light gauge.
The D’Addario XT Bass strings will be shipping in September starting at $27.99.
