Amos Heller: Fortune
Nashville-based player Amos Heller is back with another solo bass creation. Entitled “Fortune,” the hard-rocking piece came from a popular gear pairing for heavy music.
“I was actually working on some other projects but I finally tried plugging a Dingwall into a Darkglass pedal and…it just kind of happened,” he admits.
As you can imagine, Heller gets a monstrous tone and puts it to use across the span of the fretboard.
In his time with No Treble, Kevin has met hundreds of amazing bassists and interviewed icons like Jack Casady, Victor Wooten, Les Claypool, Marcus Miller, and more. He's a gigging bassist performing jazz in Northern Virginia and bluegrass with The Plate Scrapers up and down the East Coast.
