Stanley Clarke Announces “Bass Nation” Web Series

As an icon and pioneer of the bass, Stanley Clarke has one of the deepest wells of knowledge on the instrument. Now he’ll be sharing his insight with a new online series for bassists.
“I’m thrilled to announce the November 16th premiere of my new YouTube monthly web series ‘Stanley Clarke’s Bass Nation,’” he announced on Facebook. “This project is about the dynamics of the music industry, recording and performing, and includes conversations with noted musicians, gear reviews, play-throughs, and performances.”
Clarke’s guest list for the upcoming series includes Marcus Miller, Nik West, Thundercat, Verdine White, Hadrien Feraud, Carlitos Del Puerto, and more. Check out his mission statement on the project:
