Gecko Leather Works Introduces Classic Series Straps
Wisconsin’s Gecko Leather Works has announced the new Classic Series of straps, which they say are designed to provide years of use and comfort.
The series includes standard or vintage options with each style being crafted with 2-ply genuine leather straps.
The Standard strap comes in both 2.5-inch and 3-inch wide models in a variety of colors with contrasting stitching. Its lightly textured leather backing is designed to move the guitar as you move. The length adjusts from 46 inches to 56 inches.
The Vintage strap has a 1-inch strap including a three-piece buckle set. It has a shoulder pad with extra padding on the back. It also comes in a variety of color patterns, but the length adjusts from 47 inches to 52 inches.
“All straps are made with the traditional hole and slit for strap locks, unless otherwise specified,” the company writes. “Gecko is able to accommodate Schaller or Dunlop strap locks and can make a 3/8″ hole as requested.”
The Gecko Leather Works Classic Series straps are available now with prices from $70 to $80.
