Quintin Berry: Bass and Drum Jam

We first heard this jam and then saw it. Quintin Berry‘s unusual style really caught us off guard, so we looked around to find out more.

Quintin’s style has been called an “unusual underhanded technique, catchy fingerstyle and funky sound.” We can’t think of a better way to put it, and showing it is even better.

    underhanded technique”, one DOES wonder… “why?”

    I read in an interview once, he started with violin, or something of the sort, and just said he was more comfortable holding the bass that way.
