Joshua Young: Hide and Seek

Joshua Young, a 19-year-old bassist, was admitted to Berklee’s College of Music in 2007, but this meant that his parents would have to make some sacrifices to meet the payment of a yearly $40,000 for tuition and housing. They were soon to learn, however, that they would not have to make such sacrifices. An astonishing performance during a heart-thumping audition had earned Joshua one of seven four-year scholarships from the school, worth about $200,000.

Mind you, he was only around 16 when he made this video. Watch out for him in the future.

Wow amazing performance!! so much feeling and great technique. It is common to see bass players with groove but it is so unique to see bass players with feeling. I'll definitely be watching out for him. Thx for the post!
