Low Notes for Nashville Benefit ConcertLow Notes for Nashville, who formed three weeks ago in response to the floods in Nashville, Tennessee, have announced a benefit concert to continuing the fundraising efforts for area musicians impacted by the flooding.

Bassist Steve Bailey will headline the event, which takes place on June 17th at 8:00pm.

The show will be hosted by the organization’s co-founders, Sean O’Bryan Smith and Lane Baldwin, as well as bassist and Nashville Musician Association president Dave Pomeroy.

The concert will also feature performances by Vail Johnson, Roy Vogt, Bryan Beller, Adam Nitti, Doug Johns and Bob Babbitt.

“You can expect to hear more top bassists on this bill than almost anywhere else,” said Smith. “We’re reaching out to everyone we know to invite their participation.”

Tickets are $15 at the door, and attendees are encouraged to arrive early, as space is limited. For more information on the concert and to donate, visit the organization’s website.
