Top 10 Cover Tunes Arranged for Bass
We may be biased, but we love when bass players cover other tunes and remake them into bass-focused performances.

1. Allyourbassarebelong: Bohemian Rhapsody
An all-bass, solo arrangement of Queen’s classic “Bohemian Rhapsody”.
2. Viaceslav Svedov: Voodoo Power
This is a two-for-one deal. Viaceslav Svedov combines Hendrix’s “Voodoo Child” and Marcus Miller’s “Power” for one wild ride.
3. Jon Reshard: She’s Always a Woman
Jon Reshard, who is the current bassist for Greg Howe, performs his arrangement of Billy Joel’s “She’s Always A Woman” for bass.
Here’s Whitesnake/Lyrics Born bassist, Uriah Duffy, working on a bass arrangement of Michael Jackson’s song “Human Nature”.
5. Dave Marks: Message in a Bottle
Dave Marks is a one-man show here, performing The Police’s “Message in a Bottle”.
6. Victor Wooten & Steve Bailey: Mercy Mercy Mercy
Victor Wooten and Steve Bailey take on a Joe Zawinul classic, “Mercy Mercy Mercy”, with help from David “Fingers” Haynes.

Miles Mosley is the only bass player recognized who is playing the double bass. He’s pretty much in a league of his own as far as that goes. NO ONE plays like he does on covers or his own music, he is amazing!
