Roger Waters Live “The Wall” DVD Rumored
It looks like Roger Waters is planning on releasing a new live DVD of his current “The Wall” tour. As NME.com reports, the former Pink Floyd bassist posted a message on his website stating all six of the upcoming shows at London’s O2 Arena will be filmed.
Though there has been no official confirmation of a DVD release, the statement explained absolutely no flash photography will be allowed, to make sure the setting is picture perfect for the filming.
“For these shows, photographs are permitted but we must insist on NO Flash photography,” the note says. “Flash wipes out the images projected on the Wall, which are the most important part of the show. Any person who uses Flash will have their camera confiscated and could be removed from the Arena.”
The London O2 Arena dates run between May 11 and the 18th. The show’s North American leg finished just last month, and the European leg will pick up on March 21 in Lisbon, Portugal. For more dates, visit Roger’s website.
