Korn and Disturbed Co-Headline Music As A Weapon V Tour

Korn and Disturbed are teaming up to co-headline the “Monster Energy Music as a Weapon V Tour,” which begins January 14 in Bloomington, Illinois and hits 45 U.S. cities, with more dates in the works. The two bands, anchored by bassists Fieldy and John Moyer respectively, just announced the second leg of the tour, which starts in March but is open-ended for now. The first 1,000 tickets from each show will be sold at a $5 discount to reward early ticket sales.

Both bands are touring in support of their recent successful releases. Korn III: Remember Who You Are debuted at #2 on the Billboard charts after its July 2010 release, and Disturbed’s fifth studio album, Asylum, debuted at #1 on the Billboard album chart. Joining them on the tour will be Sevendust and In This Moment.
