EBS Updates High Definition Series Bass Amps with HD360

In addition to the Session 30 bass combo, Musikmesse 2012 saw EBS unveiling the HD360 bass amp, which takes the place of their previous HD350 model. The updated version features an “improved preamp with better low frequency and more head room,” as well as a 4-channel footswitch jack, a mix-in filter for the effects loop, and a built-in Speaker Simulator for the XLR output.

Other qualities of the HD360 remain the same – a built-in compressor/limiter, 4-band EQ with parametric mids, a drive control, character filter, an effects loop, and an XLR direct output with post-EQ and ground lift switches. The new amp is all analog and pumps out 360 watts while weighing around 20 pounds.

According to EBS, the HD360 should keep the same price as the 350, which puts it around $1,299 in the U.S. For more info, check out the EBS Sweden website.
