I don’t see too much extra to warrant the jump in price from a Fender. I mean its a really sharp looking bass, but then again so are the Fender counterparts. I’d still love to give this baby a test drive though!
Hi Kevin. I appreciate your honesty, it’s refreshing!
These basses a NOT a carbon copy of Leo Fender’s baby. These are an expression of my close to 30 years love affair with the instrument with appointments only dreamed of by the lovers of the Jazz bass at an accessible price. Hopefully I’ll get a dealer in your area to have some available for you to try.
Yes? :)
That sounds great to me man! I’m not too far away from Bass Specialties in Bensalem PA :) if thats an option lol.
That’s great Kevin! Who’s the contact person there? Do you know?
I believe the owner/operator is Glenn Marrazzo. He has his website shut down until Nov. 5th, however. Says he’s on vacation. @[108534962547927:274:Bass Specialties]
Or if it made things easier you could always send one to my place lol ;)
What??? I sent one “Next Day Air”! You should have gotten it on Sat am!
LOL!
HahahahaHahahaha. You’re an awesome dude Pavel! I’m definitely gonna try to get my hands on one of your basses.
Thanks Kevin. It’d be a pleasure. If you’re able to, tell Glenn and the Pro’s @ “Bass Specialties” so that when I call it would be on familiar grounds.
We’ll spend sometime over lunch when I’m there. On me! :D
That sounds like a great time dude! I should be stopping by there this weekend and I’ll talk to him then :) and I think I should be treating you lol.
I’d be honored! :)
The difference is better quality parts, wood and workmanship!
I play Pavel (Gibor neck-thru 6) and I own two Fender Jazz basses…there’s a big (positive) difference between the two. You’ll absolutely love the feel of a Pavel!
