Motorhead Announces New Album Track List and Preorder
Motorhead has announced their 21st studio album, Aftershock, will be released on October 22nd in North America. Headed by bass legend Lemmy Kilmister, the iconic rock trio’s latest effort is being called some of their best yet.
“I really think the variation on the album shows that we’ve dug deep and produced some of our best work for a long time,” said guitarist Phil Campbell. “Steal it if you must, buy it if you can!” Lemmy adds.
The album has been in the works since last year with some material spurring from 2010’s The Wörld Is Yours. It was recorded in February at NRG Studios in North Hollywood before Lemmy’s health problems, including a hemotoma. Motorhead is scheduled to tour Europe this fall.
Aftershock is available for preorder in Limited Edition Digipack, standard CD and vinyl formats.
