MonoNeon: Joe’s Apartment – The Bathroom Scene
MonoNeon adds a crazy amount of groove to everything he plays on, even if it’s a bunch of singing bugs.
“Here is a new video of me playing along with a scene from the 1996 musical-comedy, Joe’s Apartment (first film produced by MTV Films),” the bassist shares. “This was and still is one of my favorite movies, I used to rent the VHS from Blockbuster almost every week. Nostalgia was pretty heavy on me playing along this scene.”
In his time with No Treble, Kevin has met hundreds of amazing bassists and interviewed icons like Jack Casady, Victor Wooten, Les Claypool, Marcus Miller, and more. He's a gigging bassist performing jazz in Northern Virginia and bluegrass with The Plate Scrapers up and down the East Coast. Kevin appreciates all genres of music, from R&B to metal and everything in between. Connect with Kevin on Facebook and check his performance schedule on his website.
