Steve Swallow Releases “Singular Curves”

Steve Swallow: Singular CurvesJazz bassist Steve Swallow has released his latest album, Singular Curves, in a trio with tenor sax player Ohad Talmor and drummer Adam Nussbaum.

The record was recorded back in June 2012. Swallow (known for his work as a composer and band leader and with Carla Bley, Gary Burton and the John Scofield Trio) has three compositions on the album, one song co-written with longtime collaborator/bandmate Nussbaum, and Swallow’s arrangement of “Carolina Moon.” It also incudes five compositions from Talmor and one by Nussbaum. The trio also produced the record released by Italian label Auand Records.

Singular Curves is available on CD and as a digital download (iTunes and Amazon MP3).
