IK Multimedia Introduces MODO Bass Virtual Instrument

IK Multimedia has released MODO Bass, a physical modeling virtual bass instrument. The program recreates the response, feel, and tone of a real electric bass with accurate replications of 12 standard models. Beyond the models themselves, nearly every aspect of physically playing the bass can be dialed in, from playing technique (finger, slap and pick) to muting, to where you play on the string and more.
Beyond the instrument, MODO bass has two amps to pick from with seven bass-centric effects to choose from. It is fully MIDI capable. Check out this demo for more details:
MODO Bass will be available later this month with a regular price of $299.99 and a pre-order price of $149.99.
