Peterson Updates Clip-On Tuner Line With StroboClip HD
Peterson Tuners has updated the Stroboclip clip-on tuner with the StroboClip HD. Similar to the original StroboClip released in 2010, the StroboClip HD clips onto just about any instrument and has a tuning resolution of .01 cent. Peterson says they have upgraded the LCD technology to provide nearly twice the pixel resolution to easily display even the smallest changes in pitch.
It comes with a matte black design and is constructed with “high-impact material.” It runs on a standard CR2032 battery with over 20 hours of consistent tuning time. Other features include 50 Sweetened Tunings, adjustable Hz calibration, and drop/capo settings. The StroboClip HD support’s the company’s Peterson Connect online service where users can connect via USB to update firmware or create a custom configuration.
The Peterson Tuners StroboClip HD is shipping now with a street price of $59.99.
