In Memoriam: Todd Honeycutt

Todd Honeycutt

Sad news to report today: Enfold Darkness bassist Todd Honeycutt has died by suicide. He was 30 years old. The band made the announcement on their Facebook page.

“Our brother Todd, who performed on our latest album, has taken his own life,” the statement read. “I wish that we could give you a better sounding statement – we are all still in disbelief. If you are able to chip in, let’s get him back to his family in South Carolina.”

Honeycutt recorded bass for the band’s latest album, Adversary Omnipotent. He was also a former member of Garotte. For those wanting to help his family, a GoFundMe campaign has been set up to pay for transportation and funeral costs.
