Joseph “Lucky” Scott puts on a master class of some textbook groove on this one.

Curtis was very fortunate to have such a talented troupe of supporting musicians, variously including not just Lucky Scott on bass, but also Master Henry Gibson on percussion, Tyrone McCullen and Quinton Joseph on drums and Craig McMullen, Phil Upchurch and Gary Thompson on second guitars.
