Ernie Ball Music Man Unveils Ball Family Reserve Bongo 6HH Bass in Grabber Green
Ernie Ball Music Man has unveiled the Ball Family Reserve series for August. The lineup for this month includes two guitars plus one bass: the Bongo 6HH in Grabber Green.
“The Ernie Ball Music Man Ball Family Reserve series is a celebration of our heritage in instrument craftsmanship,” the company writes. “These rare pieces are offered in limited production runs and allow us to present instruments to the public that were previously reserved for family and our loyal artists.”
Each instrument is subtly tweaked from the standard models. The Bongo 6HH is a six-string bass with a pair of humbuckers fit into its basswood body. Its neck is made from highly figured and roasted maple in a satin finish. The rosewood fingerboard features white dot inlays with hand-fitted white binding.
The Ernie Ball Music Man Ball Family Reserve Bongo 6HH is available now from select dealers for $3,349.
