Sego Releases Sophomore Album
Sego has released their second album, called Sego Sucks. The indie-rockers expanded from duo to a quartet between the two releases, adding guitarist Brandon McBride and bassist Alyssa Davey just last year.
“The sound became more focused, but the raucous spirit that has kept people sweating since the beginning is just as tangible and, dare I say, primal as ever,” the band writes.
Davey’s bass lines are the driver for many of the songs. Check out Sego’s video for the song “Shame”:
Sego Sucks is available now on CD, vinyl and as a digital download (iTunes and Amazon MP3 and BandCamp). The band will be on tour in support of the record through June, including a performance at Bonnaroo.
