David Ellefson Announces New Basstory Tour Dates
Megadeth’s David Ellefson is gearing up to release his second autobiography and a collection of songs from his career in early July. Now he’s announced a new round of his Basstory tour to support his works.
More Life With Deth continues where his previous book left off. “The first book was life from birth until 2011 or 2012, this one really picks up, obviously, from there until current day,” the bassist explains. The album, Sleeping Giants, will have new tracks from Ellefson and co-author Thom Hazaert as well as unreleased material the bassist’s F5 project.
His Basstory – More Life With Deth tour will kick off July 6th in Providence, Rhode Island and will cover New England and Illinois before heading to Arizona in September. Each stop features a Q&A session with Ellefson and Hazaert. Limited VIP dinner experiences are also available.
More Life With Deth is out July 16 via Jawbone Press while Sleeping Giants is set to be released July 5 from Combat Records.
