Boss Introduces RC-10R Rhythm Loop Station Pedal
Boss has expanded its looping pedals with the RC-10R Rhythm Loop Station, which the company says is designed for in-the-moment music creation. It has 280 built-in rhythms with song structures and separate parts. Its two-track loop engine works in tandem to stay synced to the rhythm.
“This enables users to capture independent song sections, each with their own unique rhythmic backing,” Boss writes. “Two fill variations bring natural energy to loop transitions, while intro/ending fills bookend pieces in an organic way.”
Aside from the 280 rhythms. users can import their own and store them in 50 preset locations. There are sixteen different drum sounds to vary your arrangement. The looping side can be used on its own with no rhythmic backing and has 99 phrase memory slots for storing your loops. Two footswitches or an expression pedal can be connected for more control and MIDI capability is included.
The Boss RC-10R Rhythm Loop Station will be available for $299.99.
