Steel Pulse Adds U.S. Tour Dates for Fall

Reggae legends Steel Pulse have announced a new round of tour dates in the U.S. for October. Starting with four shows in California, the band will cover the Southwest and Colorado before heading to Alabama for a show in Birmingham. Their final tour dates are scheduled for Live Oak, Florida on October 26th.
The band is touring in support of their 2019 album, Mass Manipulation, which was their first release in nearly 15 years. Steel Pulse was formed in 1975 and has gone through several lineups, but bassist Amlak Tafari has been holding down the low end since 2005. Check out his outstanding playing in the band’s recent performance at the Lockn’ Festival, which includes a song with Grateful Dead guitarist Bob Weir:
