Sodom Returns with “Genesis XIX”
German thrash metal mainstay Sodom has returned with their sixteenth studio album, entitled Genesis XIX. The record is the first to feature the band’s new lineup.
Frontman and bassist Tom “Angelripper” Such is once again joined by guitarist Frank Blackfire, who originally left the group after 1989’s Agent Orange. They’re flanked by two new members, guitarist Yorck Segatz and drummer Toni Merkel, making the band a quartet for the first time in its history.
