John McLaughlin: Straight No Chaser

John McLaughlin recently shared this video of his band’s performance of the Thelonious Monk tune, “Straight No Chaser”, to raise awareness and donations for COVID relief in India. The guitar legend is calling for fans to support the effort via Project Hope.

In this clip, McLaughlin is joined by bassist Jean Michel “Kiki” Aublette, pianist Roger Rossignol, and drummer Nicolas Viccaro.
