After joining last year, Brandon Bruce has left Havok. The bassist made the announcement via Instagram.

“To all the fans,” he wrote. “As of a couple weeks ago I have officially left Havok. This is something I thought a lot about and is what I believe is the best decision for myself and the band. I wish them all the best both professionally and personally in the future. I would like to thank everyone that enjoyed what I was able to do with them musically.”

Bruce was introduced to the Havok fold in February 2020 and is featured on their May 2020 release V. A replacement bassist has not been named.

In his time with No Treble, Kevin has met hundreds of amazing bassists and interviewed icons like Jack Casady, Victor Wooten, Les Claypool, Marcus Miller, and more.
