This was the “Close to the Edge” tour, with the mighty Chris Squire on bass and backing vocals.
What a band.
What a band, indeed! Although Chris Squire’s technique has long been eclipsed by many others, his innovative and melodic bass through-lines rocked the emotions as few bassists ever have before or since.
