Electro-Harmonix Announces Intelligent Harmony Machine
Electro-Harmonix has introduced the Intelligent Harmony Machine, a pitch shifter that can generate single note, diatonic harmonies, intervals, and secondary options. It also has polyphonic pitch shifting capabilities with a major/minor switch for choosing major or minor 2nds and 3rds.
“The Intelligent Harmony Machine’s Moment Mode lets the player instantly change pitch by pressing the pedal’s footswitch,” the company adds. “The effect is engaged as long as the footswitch is depressed. There’s also an option that allows the player to add a user-set sweep time between the dry and synthesized pitches.”
Although it’s demonstrated on guitar, you can hear the pedal’s sounds in the company’s demo:
The EHX Intelligent Harmony Machine comes with a 9-volt power supply. It’s available now for $230.

the demo player is a monster!
I wonder how well it tracks on bass?
