Adekunle Gold: Tiny Desk (Home) Concert

NPR Music is celebrating Black Music Month, and they just shared another fantastic Tiny Desk (Home) Concert. This one features singer-songwriter Adekunle Gold and a killer band.

“The shape of the Nigerian singer-songwriter’s Tiny Desk (home) concert mimics a flight pattern sonically and energetically, starting off laid back and ascending to greater heights that’ll make you dance and move your feet,” NPR shared.

The set includes four songs: “Sinner”, “Something Different”, “One Woman”, and “Okay”.

The band includes Clark Sims on bass, Omar Perrin on keys, Cam Griffin on guitar, Darius Woodley on drums, and Lulu V on violin.

Corey Brown is the founder of No Treble and serves in an advisory role. He’s also Head of Editorial at Muse Group. Learn more about Corey on his website and LinkedIn.
