Walrus Audio Introduces Lore Soundscape Generator Pedal

Walrus Audio Lore Soundscape Generator Pedal

Walrus Audio has expanded its pedal lineup with Lore, a reverse soundscape generator. The pedal has five programs that use different combinations of delay and reverb to create a mystical ambience.

“Featuring two DSP chips running in series, each with their own analog feedback path, the Lore was created to take you on an adventurous journey rich with themes of reversing, time-stretching, pitch-shifting, and vast ambiance,” the company writes.

The five programs include reverse delay into reverse reverb, reverse delay into octave up reverb, reverse delay into octave down reverb, reverse reverb into forward reverb, and pitch delay into pitch delay.

Although it is demoed on guitar, you can get an idea of all those sounds in the company’s demo:

The Walrus Audio Lore is shipping on June 23rd for $299.

Walrus Audio Lore Soundscape Generator Pedal Features:

Five Programs of Delay and Reverb Feeding Into Each Other
Controls: Feedback, Regen, Mod, Mix, X, Time, Tone, Program
Bypass and Tap Tempo Footwswitches

Such wonderful sound creations. Imagine that with a synth. But the pedal is MONO. In stereo I’d buy it in a heartbeat.
