Ashdown Celebrates 25 Years With ABM-400 Ltd Edition Bass Amp
2022 marks the 25th Anniversary since Ashdown Engineering set up shop, and they’re celebrating with new bass gear. In addition to unveiling the newest evolution of their ABM line, they’ve also announced a limited edition of their ABM-400 head. The amp is limited to just 100 units that will be hand-numbered and signed by Ashdown founder Mark Gooday. Additional goodies include a custom flight case, a personal note of thanks, and a video of your amp as it is packaged for dispatch.
The ABM-400 Ltd Edition carries all the hallmarks of Ashdown’s flagship series of amps. Its 7-band EQ section has Bass Mid, and Treble knobs with four sliders for further tailoring your tone. The front panel also has an on-board sub-harmonic generator, a variable tube drive control, and a balanced DI. Of course, the company’s signature VU Meter graces the face plate.
The rear panel has an effects loop, Speakon outputs, a line input, and a jack for the included four-way footswitch.
The Ashdown ABM-400 Ltd Edition will be coming soon for approximately $1,599.
