Boss Unveils Dual CUBE Bass LX Amp
Boss’s CUBE amp family has a few new members, including the Dual CUBE Bass LX. The mini amplifiers are designed for portability with power options of an included AC adaptor or eight AA batteries.
The Dual CUBE Bass LX has two custom five-inch speakers. As part of the line, it has more connectivity than previous generations, including a wireless expansion and the option of a Boss Bluetooth audio MIDI dual adaptor.
Its control set includes a three-band EQ, compression, and drive section, five amp voicings, and an effects section. Onboard memory allows for quickly recalling your favorite settings. It is also suited to be a good practice tool with a built-in rhythm guide and looper.
Other features include a headphone/recording output, a USB port, a footswitch jack, an aux-in, and stereo XLR outputs. The Boss Dual CUBE Bass LX will be shipping in September for $359.99.
