Tower Of Power Announces U.S. Fall Tour Dates
Tower of Power has, unfortunately, had to nix their European dates for 2022, but they’ve also unveiled a fall tour of the U.S. The iconic R&B-based group will kick things off at the end of September in the Midwest before heading to the West Coast. They’ll then head back to America’s Breadbasket and continue east. Their final date is scheduled for November 20th in Tarrytown, New York.
The band, which originally featured funk fingerstyle pioneer Rocco Prestia, is currently anchored by Marc van Wageningen. Born and raised in Holland, he has been a full-time member of the band since 2018.
ToP’s European dates were supposed to kick off in October but were canceled due to “unforeseen circumstances.” “We are very grateful for the many years of support,” they shared with European fans. “Many of the dates are being rescheduled, and promoters will reach out with new dates as the schedule gets confirmed. For any shows that can’t be rescheduled, the promoters will reach out with refund information.”
