Bass of the Week: Wood Guerilla Basses babyTULIP

This week we’re checking out a TULIP model from Wood Guerilla Basses. Dubbed “HoneyBlackCaramel,” the bass is actually a babyTULIP, which takes the single-cut bass and adds a headless tuning system.
This babyTULIP is built with an alder body topped with an intriguing piece of maple with flame and burl elements. Its five-string neck is made from quilted mahogany, padauk, and maple, while its fingerboard is roasted maple. Wood Guerilla built it with an asymmetrical neck profile for increased comfort.
Other features include a custom Wood Guerilla brass headless bridge, Nordstrand NJ5S Hum-Cancelling pickups, a high gloss on its top with satin on its body and neck, and Dusha Abramovic artwork.
