Genzler Amplification Announces Bass Array Series 2 Bass Cabinets
Genzler Amplification has unveiled the revamp of their Bass Array cabinets with Series 2 versions. The new line is based on their original designs and features all new Italian-designed neodymium loudspeakers for improved performance. Each model has the same speaker configurations, but Genzler states the enhanced drivers offer “increased power handling, broader frequency response with more detail, extended top-end clarity, and overall lighter-weight cabinets.”
The Bass Array concept features a cabinet with a standard speaker setup – a 1×12, a 1×15, a 2×10, or 4×10 – and adds an array of three-inch full-range speakers in a column in the enclosure. Genzler’s lineup starts with a 400-watt BA2-112-STR and works up to the 1,200-watt BA2-410-3 that weighs in at just 49 pounds.

The Genzler Amplification Bass Array Series 2 Cabinets will be become available throughout May and early June with prices ranging from $1,159 to $1,949.
