Bass of the Week: Stradi Rock Bass

David Sutkin posted the latest bass in his arsenal on the Facebook group Bass Upfront, and it’s clear he’s ready to rock. Literally.
The “Rock Bass” built by Stradi features a stone top over its roasted flame maple body. Builder Marek Dabek also used stone for the headstock cap for a unified look. The axe is also great for metal, as its oak neck is fitted with a stainless steel fretboard.
Other features include a DiMarzio Relentless pickup and Gotoh hardware. Even with its stone features, the bass weighs in 9.2 pounds.
