Walrus Audio Introduces the Canvas Re-Amp

Walrus Audio Canvas Re-AmpWalrus Audio has expanded its Canvas series of utility devices with the Canvas Passive Re-Amp. The new gadget is a studio tool for sending already recorded tracks of bass, guitar, drums, or any other instrument back out through pedals, effects, or different amp combinations.

“Artists and producers can save time on tracking sessions by recording dry tracks first, then using Canvas Re-Amp’s custom transformer to convert line-level signals, optimizing them to work with amps and guitar pedals of any kind to explore limitless tones and sounds,” Walrus writes.

The Canvas Re-Amp boasts a flat frequency response from 20 Hz to 20k Hz and features a custom wound transformer. It has both XLR and 1/4” inputs with Ground Lift, Mute, Phase, and HPF switches.

The Walrus Audio Canvas Re-Amp is out now with a retail price of $149.
