Lusithand Devices Introduces Alma Comp MKII Bass Compressor Pedal
Lusithand Devices has revamped its Alma Comp for 2023 with an MKII edition. The circuit, which is tailored to the bass, has been upgraded with a three-way switch to toggle between 2:1, 4:1, and 8:1 compression ratios, top-mounted jacks, and visual compression indication.
Lusithand also bumped up the voltage operation to 18 volts. Its internal voltage doubling circuit allows it to run on 36 volts.
As with the original Alma Comp, the new version’s circuit was based on the Diamond Bass Compressor. It retains the four-knob control set of Clean blend, Compression, EQZ, and Volume.
The Lusithand Devices Alma Comp MKII is available now for approximately $298.
