Dixie Dregs Announce 2024 Tour Dates

Dixie Dregs 2024 Tour

In 2017, fans were shocked and elated when the Dixie Dregs announced a reunion of their original lineup. Now the band is going back out on the road again in 2024. They’ve just announced the first of four planned tour segments that will cover the U.S. a week at a time.

The band’s lineup has changed slightly, though. The trio of Steve Morse, Andy West, and Rod Morgenstein are all on board, but there will be a different keyboardist.

“Steve Davidowski, our beloved ‘Owski’, has retired from touring with us and will be focusing on new recordings of his own original (and I mean ‘original’!) material. Will post something here when we can all hear it!” The group wrote on their website. “Incredible but true, Jorden Rudess will be tackling this awesome music on keyboards for these dates! And we will be doing a significant amount of Dregs songs we did not cover on our last tour, including the #1 request ‘I’m Freaking out!’. Again, we are very thankful to have the experience of playing together and bringing the music alive once again. So in advance we want to say Thank You!”

The first leg of the date will begin April 18th in Nashville, Tennessee and will cover the Southeast. The final date is scheduled for April 27 in Clearwater, Florida.
